2. Household air conditioning installation scheme

（I）Determine the installation position of the inner unit:

1. Installation position:

(1) The inlet and outlet of the inner machine should be away from obstacles to ensure that the air can blow through the whole room. The preferred place is the sidewall of the bed, near the end of the bed, whether it is the cold wind blowing directly or the cold wind blowing back, it will not blow to the head of the bed,

which is the most ideal position.

• Installation location priority order:

2, choose a place that can withstand the weight of the indoor unit and does not increase the operating noise and vibration.

3, reasonable height: the cold air from the air conditioner will sink, so generally do not install too high, it is

best to maintain a distance of more than 15cm from the ceiling. Reserve the space required for

maintenance, the distance between the left and right walls is best ≥15cm, and the distance from the ground is best in 230-260cm;

4, do not discharge electrical appliances and sockets below: When the weather humidity is high, the air conditioner may appear condensate water, condensate water dripping is easy to damage electrical equipment and sockets, and even bring security risks.

5, condensate should be discharged downstream, choose a place that is easy to connect the copper pipe to the outdoor unit.

6, away from the exhaust fan: to prevent the cool air or hot air being pumped away by the exhaust fan, affecting the cooling or heating effect.

(2) Check the power socket:

1, the national standard GB4706.1 stipulates that the air conditioner is a class I appliance, the power cord must have a ground;

2, air conditioning belongs to high-power electrical appliances, so it must be used in the special circuit of adaptation. Special socket requirements: small 1 use 10A socket, 1-1.5 use 16A socket, more than 2 air conditioners use 25A-32A socket.

(3) Determine the outdoor unit installation position:

1, the ideal location of the air conditioning outdoor unit installation in the north wall or the east wall, less   direct sunlight, if it must be installed in the south wall or the west wall, it is recommended to do shading    measures, but can not hinder air circulation; The air flow and noise generated by exhaust air can not affect the neighbors.

• There can be no obstacles near the outdoor unit that hinder the air inlet and outlet of the unit to maintain a good heat dissipation effect; The distance between the outdoor unit and the wall or obstacles is shown below;

• The outdoor unit is installed on a solid wall or balcony floor to reduce vibration and ensure that the ground or wall can bear the weight of the body;

4, the outdoor unit should be as close to the indoor unit as possible, the length of the connecting pipe should be within 10 meters, and the height difference between the internal and external machines is within 5 meters.

5, there should be no flammable gas leakage and explosives around the outdoor unit;

(4) Communication and preliminary cost budget:

1, high altitude fee: according to the State Administration of Work Safety issued by the No. 30 order, the small air conditioning high altitude operation as a special operation, this kind of high altitude operation is dangerous (body outdoor hanging operation, etc.), therefore, high altitude operation fee has a certain rationality. Reference standard, 100 yuan/unit charge, the maximum *** yuan capped. 2, charging high-altitude fee scene:

(1) Installation and maintenance of 4 floors or more;

(2) when living below the 4th floor, but can not be installed from the window, maintenance, need operators from the 4th floor or the roof through the overhead lifting to complete, collect overhead work fees.

• can not directly reach the installation point, need to climb or auxiliary support to reach, need to charge high-altitude fees;

(4) When manual lifting cannot be carried out and mechanical tools such as hanging baskets, cranes, lifting plates need to be used, additional machinery rental fees need to be charged.

3, material fee: in addition to the packing list of materials, you need to show the charging standard to the user, after the installation is completed according to the actual use of charges.

Three, installation steps:

• Installation diagram

• Through the wall hole drilling: that is, the hole in the wall between the air conditioner inner and outer machine pipe connection.

1. After determining the location of the pipe holes, use a molding drill to punch holes from inside to outside; The hole through the wall must be high inside and low outside, and the slope of the wall hole is 5~10。,

which is convenient for condensate drainage downstream.

2, in order to protect the distribution pipe and cable through the wall hole from damage, while avoiding the existence of rats in the hollow wall, it is necessary to install a wall through the pipe; The specifications of the wall pipe are φ50 and φ65, and the corresponding wall holes are φ55 and φ70.

• When the cable is extended from the indoor through the air conditioning hole to the outdoor, avoid pressing the cable on the lower side of the hole to prevent the cable from heating;

• The hole through the wall must be blocked with cement to avoid rainwater backpouring.

(3) Inner machine installation

1. Fix the wall hanging plate of the inner machine: find the level with the method of hanging line or a level, mark the hole position, drill holes on the wall with a 6mm drill bit,fix the wall hanging plate on the wall with screws, and measure the level with a level to ensure smooth drainage.

• Pull the wall hanging plate by hand after installation to confirm whether it is secure. The wall hanging   plate should be able to withstand 60kg weight after installation, and the force of each fixing screw should be more uniform.

3. Determine the location of the pipe: according to the installation position and the direction of the pipe,  use a saw blade to cut the hole of the indoor machine; If the pipe outlet direction is inconsistent with the pre assembly direction, it needs to be adjusted;

4. Butt the copper pipe: check that the horns at both ends should be smooth and smooth, and the center line of the butt copper pipe is located on a line, screw the nut 5 turns by hand until it cannot be turned, and then twist with a wrench; Check - butt - bandage the drain pipe: check whether the root of the pipe is loose, the drain pipe and blow molded drain pipe must be connected in place and wrapped with tape more than twice; If there is a crack in the horn mouth, it should be re-expanded;

5, bandage the pipe: check the pipe, the connection line, the outlet pipe is good, with the wrapping tape according to the product shape bandage, and the connection pipe mouth seal. During the dressing

process, the edge should be wrapped and straightened out, and there should be no distortion;

6, through the copper pipe: two people cooperate with the internal and external machine connection pipe through the wall hole to extend to the wall. At the time of perforation, careful protection should be taken   when bending the copper pipe, and the copper pipe head should be blocked strictly to avoid dust entering the wall;

7. Hang the indoor unit: ensure that the indoor unit each hook is installed in place, and verify the stability and measurement level after hanging.

8. Test drainage: Pour a bottle of water into the water tray of the inner unit to check whether it can drain smoothly.

(4) Outdoor unit installation:

1, outdoor unit installation must be correct, installation must use a level to check the level;

2, the four corners of the outdoor unit must be fixed, it is recommended to use shock-absorbing rubber pads:

(1) If using a support, use 6-8 expansion bolts to fix the support, and use 4 anchor roses to fix the outdoor unit on the support.

• If placed on the platform, use 4 expansion bolts to fix the air conditioner on the platform.

3, the installation of external unit outlet: air conditioning in winter heating, will be due to frost and water droplets, so pay special attention to the installation of outdoor unit outlet nozzle and outlet pipe.

(5) Indoor and outdoor unit pipeline connection:

1. Copper pipe bending: the spring pipe bender is inserted into the thick copper pipe bending pipe, and the straight part of the elbow must be maintained on both sides of the elbow not less than 2 times the diameter of the pipe; Then bend the fine copper pipe, and the excess part of the copper pipe disc on the back of the external machine.

2. When connecting the outdoor unit, unscrew the nut of the copper pipe stop valve, align the horn of the copper pipe with the center of the stop valve, screw the pipe nut by hand until it cannot be turned, and

tighten it with a wrench.

(1) Pay attention to the speed of the entire docking process to avoid debris into the interface.

(2) Check the leakage of the air conditioning connection to prevent refrigerant leakage.

3. Outdoor electro mechanical wiring: disassemble the handle of the outdoor unit, connect it according to the wiring diagram, cover the handle and press tightly, gently pull the wire to confirm that it has been

pressed tightly.

(1) It is forbidden to cut the ground wire or underground wire of the air conditioner, and it is forbidden to damage the circle connector of the ground wire.

(2) Do not abandon the protective accessories such as the upper and lower baffle plate, wire rubber ring, and wire clamping card.

4, if you need to extend the copper pipe, refer to: central air conditioning refrigerant pipe/copper pipe processing one move

(6) Vacuuming:

1. Remove the air and impurities in the system to a high vacuum state through the vacuum pump to ensure the normal circulation of refrigerant.

2, R22 refrigerant vacuum time: 1P takes 10 minutes, 1.5P takes 15 minutes, 3P takes 30 minutes.

3, some brands allow the use of R22 refrigerant to remove the air in the pipeline and the inner machine.  Method: Tighten the high pressure thin pipe joint of the connected external machine, loosen the fifth circle of the cut-off valve with an Allen wrench, and tighten the low pressure thick pipe joint with a chiller after   hearing the low pressure thick pipe discharge of the external machine for about 30 seconds;

4, the vacuum of the new refrigerant air conditioning should be strictly operated according to the specification, see:

5, use detergent to check the leakage of copper pipe joints, carefully observe each joint for bubbles, check the system without leakage, open the two interface valves, tighten the valve safety cap.

Fourth, operation and debugging

1, check the voltage before power, and then use the remote control to start running.

2. After the outdoor unit works, check that the running current is consistent with the mark on the nameplate. The connecting pipe can only form dew, not frost.

3, the temperature of the inner machine outlet meets the requirements, that is, 12 to 16℃ in summer; 35-40℃ in winter.
